14-Day Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund within 14 days of any transaction. This applies to:
- Lifetime purchases (€60): Full refund within 14 days of purchase
- Subscription payments (Monthly €2.99 or Yearly €29.99): Full refund within 14 days of any payment, including renewals
You can request a refund for any reason within 14 days, no questions asked.
Canceling Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
- Within 14 days of payment: You will receive a full refund
- After 14 days: You will retain access until the end of your current billing period, but no refund will be provided for the remaining time
Beta Testers (Lifetime Free Access)
If you were a beta tester and received free lifetime access, refund policies do not apply to you as you did not make a payment. Your lifetime access remains valid regardless of future pricing changes.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the 14-day period:
- Email us at contact@chessr.io
- Include your account email address
- Provide your Paddle transaction ID (found in your confirmation email)
- Briefly explain the reason for your refund request (optional but helpful)
Response Time: We aim to process all refund requests within 2-3 business days.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method via Paddle. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
